So I have recently discovered I have 2 incorrect defaults on my account for tablet devices that I ordered and returned in 2018, it’s only just been brought to my attention when I got my credit file report as I’m looking to buy my first home. I have never been contacted in regards to the accounts to get it rectified sooner. I’ve called 02 several times and been assured it would be removed and updated but 6 weeks later I’m still no further along, I emailed the credit referrals team to be told the the payment management team need to clear the balance for both devices and then pass it back to them. I’m so frustrated, my mobile broke at the weekend and I can’t even get a new contact it’s affecting my score that badly.
