Incorrect charges

My latest bill includes an unusual extra charges for messages to an 0067 mobile number. This turns out to be the international code for Ethiopia. I don't know anyone in Ethiopia. In fact I don't know any Ethiopians at all. How to get O2 to look into this and refund me?

Your phone may have made calls or texts via a dodgy app, as o2 only apply charges which YOUR phone has generated. 

Also check for any spam SMS. 

You can pick up the phone and call 202 from your phone or 0344 809 0202 from an other phone, but dont expect anything from them,
