I have been charged for picture messages yet I haven't sent any, I also didn't use emojis as I knew I wasn't sending an Imessage. I rang 202 to dispute the charges and it said use online chat. But I can't find it and just keep going round on a loop... It's literally making me want to scream! Can anyone help or do I have to wait until tomorrow?

@CollieLovr

You'll need to chat tomorrow.

It's on this link when available http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

or hang around the shop pages and it will pop up https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

That was a total cop out telling you to use live chat

They will offer no different advice to customer service

Browse the shop pages tomorrow to see if live chat ops up but I would call 202 again

Thank you. I just can't understand why I've been charged for picture messages when I haven't even used an emoji!

It's not just emojis that would cause a text message to convert - using a subject, too many characters or too many recipients can also do it.
