Incoming Calls not connecting

I'm having an intermittant problem with my phone. I have a SonyXperia L3.

Sometimes when some people call, when I answer it doesn't connect as if they have just hung up on me. If they call back its usually the same issue. If I ring them its fine.

It seems to affect some people in particular, some people are fine and its intermittant which almost is more frustrating.

I guess the first thing to try is a new sim @David231 

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
