There is an issue with iTunes that I have noticed if you have fingerprint authorisation for purchases turned on.

Say you were looking at an app and notice that the cost is £1.99 so you decide you don't want to buy it.

You press the home button to back out of the screen, but it detects your fingerprint and purchases the app anyway!

I always use a finger that I haven't saved the prints from to back out of situations like this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I did wonder if that was best worded or not but thought I leave it for the amusement factor slight_smile

Bit of a design flaw there if I am honest - using the same "button" to back out as to confirm the purchase.
One way to make sure revenue is coming in though!

O2 won't know what you accidentally bought, only that iTunes have charged your O2 account. Check in iTunes exactly what the charges are for so that you can prevent it happening in future.
