I took out a contract with 02 and changed my mind before the cooling of period ended. I was told it would not cost me anything. Well when I got a statement from my bank I found out that 02 had took £283.19p out of my account. So 02 have went from being mad looking to sell me something, to not being able to get anyone to give me my money back. Would like to know how to get my money back.
