I am currently registered with my O2 as I have previously been a pay monthly customer and I am a current pay as you go customer.
I am trying to take out a new pay monthly contract but O2 do not make it easy. They want to deliver to my old home address, when I click edit to change my address it won’t let me change it. I also can’t change my home address in MyO2 as I am currently on PAYG which does not have an associated billing address. Lastly whenever I try to click on anything on the contact page, it just sends me round in circles. So I cannot change the address in checkout. I cannot change the address in MyO2 and I cannot contact customer service. It’s a nightmare!

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and address details will allow you to change your address. O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.
Edited to add, I notice you are PAYG so you need to contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thank you but as I am currently only on PAYG (but O2 still have my old address from when I was on pay monthly), I don’t have that option.

Yes I edited my post above @Vindaloomonster when I realised you were PAYG. Check Manage my details in the screenshot you have shown. If no joy then contact O2 as I said previously.

You can't edit a PAYG account.
To upgrade to a contract, you need to create a new account with a different email address.
