Also, It's a PAC you need (porting authorisation code).

Hi Sheralyn

I assume your contract has run its course or you've paid up the handset plan in order to migrate your number to a new network or their May be fees to pay.

Have you also checked that your new chosen network gives good signal by testing out their payg sims.

Also if your phones locked to O2 you can unlock it here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form to use it on your new network or increase its resale value. It's free to contract customers and £15 to payg customers.
