You'll get a dispatch email when O2 ships your device which will include tracking details http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs

Right now they are probably out of stock.

Regardless of the website stating in stock, it probably isn't. O2's stock system isn't live and will show items in stock when they aren't. Annoying we know but this is what happens.

They took upfront money from the first day for my order but I still waiting and nobody talk with my from o2
