Still August this year O2 are chasing me for an amount that I know nothing about and that they cannot find anywhere on my account
I have called them and webchatted with them, but to no avail - its simply not there on my account - but they still chase me for it via email
When i've spoken and webchatted, each time they say, nothing is on the account, just ignore the chasing emails as nothing is outstanding
Now, today, I have a received a debt collection letter from Moorcroft debt recovery
How can i resolve this???
Im really upset to receive this letter and dont want my credit file affected by this - please anyone, or any admin on here, help.
