We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Assume you have had a PAC code from your previous supplier and given it to O2.
Have a read through this guide on how to transfer your number.

Texting SWAP is only if you are moving from one o2 sim to another (say you got a phone that needed a smaller sim card) @Javad .
As you are moving from one company (Lebara) to another (o2) you need to do something called porting and will need to use a PAC to do it - which you will need to get from Lebara.
The migration and porting guide has a link to a form you complete which will get the number moved - it won't happen over the weekend if you fill out the form today, it will move on Tuesday.
You will get a text (not sure if it goes to the number you have now or the number you keep) confirming the date the number move will happen - if you don't get this then something has not gone correctly.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
