Hi everybody,
I have lost my chip but I am out of the country at the moment. Is there's a way to ask for another one and keeping the same number, online? Can it be order and deliver or do I have to go to a shop in person?
Thanks a lot

I presume you mean you've lost your sim card. You would probably have to speak to Live Chat. I'm not certain if they would send it to you where you are now. I think they would only send a blank sim to your home address, and then it would have to be sent on to you where you are at present. You'd then have to do a sim swap online http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
How long are you away for?

Hi @Anonymous Have you reported the loss of your sim?
You can order another one online but you would be best to wait till you get back to the UK and go instore...
Online order here...but they will only deliver to a UK address..

You definitely need to report the loss, more so if it's a contract sim as you will be responsible for any unauthorised usage until you get it blocked. Order a new sim at the same time. It will come with the same number but you will have to get it activated and the bar removed once received.
