Hello ,
I had received this SIM card when I got my Virgin broad band package . I left the country at the end of July and when cancelling my Virgin subscription I had asked if I need to contact O2 to cancel the SIM card and they told me it would be automatically cancelled when the Virgin package was finished . I am still getting charged every month
