I get an error message when trying to claim my galaxy watch active, any help?

I have tried using the Samsung members app to claim my free galaxy watch active, but as soon as I click the link, I get an error message, what's the issue?

You'll need to call Samsung https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/

I also found some luck visiting the promotion website and claiming as a business user, it also allows you to file the claim outside the app. And mark it a private phone not business.
