Hello my name is Joyce zoma I had o2 rang me yesterday they give me £12 package I just want to say that I don’t switch I would want to stay with phone company and stick with pay as you go I am could you delete both package please and I am sorry for that and my bank details I s on there please

First please remove all personal data from this public data, as you have given even data for ID Fraud and Theft. 

Also this isnt customer services, and o2 wouldn't cold call you it is probably an "(un) trusted partner" I would call 0344 809 0202 from any other phone and explain... You should also have an order number or something similar and also the contact details of the company who called you so also call them, 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
