I'm trying to upgrade my phone but it just keeps telling me basket is empty. I've tried doing from my o2. the o2 website and saving my basket and following the link in my email. I've tried if off of my phone and the lap top. I've spoken to virtual assistant but as its a person its not helpful at all. I would just like to speak to a person to help me please!
