I have cancelled my O2 contract, I did this over the phone to O2 customer support. I was told it was all done, I just had to have the right amount of money in my bank for my last outstanding payment, which I have done.
But I have received an enforcement and termination letter saying debt collectors will come to my address if the outstanding amount isn’t paid. I’ve done everything I’ve been asked to do. I can’t get hold of anyone from O2 because I am in Singapore and it’s costs me $20 for a 5 minute phone call!! Please help

Free to call from an O2 phone from abroad
Or Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

*Free to call from an O2 phone from abroad is the catch.
Looks like you are restricted to using the Social Media channels as outlined by @MI5 above, unless Singapore permits you to use Guide: A Guide to Skype to call the Payment Management freefone number 0800 902 0217 @confused7
Besides, if you are in Singapore, the debt collectors won't be able to reach you anyway 😉
