I can't get into my existing Disney+ plus account

Hello, today I renewed my contract for 24 month at your Bromley branch.

I said to them that I had a Disney+ account from the previous contract and the Bromley branch said I would get 3 month free of Disney+.

I tried logging on to my Disney+ account this evening and it says I have to renew my subscription.

Please can this be fix by O2 as soon as possible.

@David32If you have had Disney before and it's only just expired then the system probably hasn't caught up yet. Try again tomorrow.

If it still isn't working then as customers like yourself it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You'll need to choose and activate Disney again.
