I rang O2 on July 4th having been asked to call them by a credit rating agency
they gave me an email to send info through to and i have heard nothing since them despite chasing
i rang customer servcies today and they have now said make contact with the Credite fili referrals team some 2 and a half months after the first contact
i am trying to get a manager to explain how this mistake has been made and no one is repsonding
is there anyone out there that can help please
