@Anonymous you can get a new sim by going to O2 instore....but it does need to be reported as lost so it can be blocked...

Call in any o2 store and they will give you a replacement, same number, same tariff free.

And guys can I just add...
If you have reported a post due to it containing personal info, we will see the reports, so there is no need to post that you have reported it too. This causes more work for my team, as we'll usually need to remove the 'reported posts' too.
