Hi, in 1998, my husband and I bought matching phones with consecutive numbers.  Both accounts were made in my name.  However, I'm working abroad for a year or so and he's now stuck in Uk with several issues and needs to be able to access his account - but as he's not the "account holder" he is not permitted.  He has telephoned to resolve, spoken to several "guru's" but nothing has been possible, to add insult to injury he has been cut off several times.  I have also tried to phone and sort this out - also been cut off.  HOW do we transfer the account into HIS name, so he is able to access and either pay bills, or do other things on his phone without me being physically present???

@Karin bills can be paid through MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 all he needs are the login details that you can give to him.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to just transfer his name to the account but you can call and give him permission to access the account when he calls. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
