There is no known issue with these confirmation emails being sent, so please make sure to check your junk folder to see if this is where the email is. It could also be that the email address was entered incorrectly when filling up the claim form. Either way, upon the claim being submitted you should have seen an on-screen confirmation to let you know it had gone through, and you will also receive an SMS once the tablet has been dispatched.

Hi, I haven't received confirmation either so it may be normal that you haven't heard anything yet. I also saw another thread where someone received their confirmation 4-5 days after, and was in their junk folder.

Thanks for your help on this. I've checked my own junk folder a couple of times and there's no sign of anything from O2, but I do remember when submitting the form that there was at least on-screen confirmation (can't remember the reference number!) so will just wait it out and see what happens!
