Well that’s the month gone, time to get my new tablet. Tried 6 times in two days and it’s not working! Should I be surprised ‘cause I’m not!!!

Hi @Suco, just a quick update on this:

 

All previously known problems with the redemption website have been resolved, so if you are encountering any issues, please use the ‘Support’ form at the bottom of the microsite page - https://www.huaweiredemption.o2.co.uk/support.php.

 

Once the form is submitted properly, you should receive an automated confirmation email and upon the claim being submitted you should also see an on-screen confirmation to let you know it had gone through. Afterward, you will receive an SMS once the tablet has been dispatched.
