Hi. I have been trying to redeem the offer for a tablet since taking out a new contract in December. Each attempt to complete the on line form results in the form clearing all inputted info when I attempt to upload the receipt. Despite me passing this to O2 on three ocassions, I have received two emails from @"Mobile Support" asking for the required information again and had nothing positive in return. Any suggestions?

We're aware of some technical issues with the redemption website and it's being looked into - as soon as we get any updates on this we will share them with you here!
Update: All known problems with the redemption website have been resolved, and if you are still encountering issues, please use the ‘Support’ form at the bottom of the microsite page - https://www.huaweiredemption.
