Solved: Huawei t3 tablet redemption IMEI

The time has come to claim my free t3 tablet as I bought a p20 pro but the site will not accept the imei - o2 have confirmed it is the correct imei - any ideas

I've since called O2 customer services who told me to call Huawei customer services, they told me to email Huawei redemption support which I did 2 days ago but haven't had a response
