Hi Everyone, 

 

I just wondered if anybody had the link to claim the free Hauwei tablet when you purchase the phone? 

 

I was given the card and when I logged on the first time, it said I had to wait 30 days to redeem it... I have waited 30 days and in those 30 days have now lost the card with the URL on frowning2 

 

Please if anybody has the URL I would really appreciate it.

I tried re-deeming the offer after 30 days.

 

Bought in-store and have problem with IMEI no not being recognised - wait 24 hours.

 

 

Have waited over 6 days - no resolution.

 

Called 202 who said to fill out form https://www.huaweiredemption.o2.co.uk/support.php.

 

They said I would hear within 1 working day.

 

Spoke to agent Ellana whose manager - Kevin Holmes - said to re-submit form due to holidays.

 

Done just that.

 

Anyone else having problems?

Lots of people are having problems claiming the tablet. Sadly this is a common occurrence with O2 promotions!

Went in-store at O2 Derby who gave me this number - 0345 216 0131.

Number was no use as it was a third party who promote on behalf of Huawei. The guy kept saying my promotion was through O2 itself but couldn't give me a department or number

Thanks for the tag @Cleoriff. There have been some technical issues with the redemption website recently and it's being looked into, this sounds like what you experienced when trying to input the IMEI, @Synapse321! As soon as we get any updates on this we will share on here.
