Hello,
Having issues redeming the tablet that is given with the Huawei P20 pro- is coming up with error message AJ-220.
Can any one help please?

Is there no other way of being able to redeem this?
I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks now ( bought the phone on 1st December)

That doesn't answer my question of is there no other way of doing this?
I can't be the only one having this problem nor the only one that wants to redeem when I am able to.
