How to speak to someone from accounts regarding direct debits

My mum needs to speak to someone in the financial team regarding a direct debit that has been set up that she needs to speak to discuss

 

Does anyone know the number to call so I can pass it on to her

It's still there but you need a few more clicks after using the drop down box and then scroll to the bottom of the page. It's still showing the same contact details:

I forgot to mention that my mum will be calling from a landline rather than a mobile.  Would you know the landline number?

0844 995 96 55. There's o2s number from landline.

The website has changed so much copied the number from another thread in the end.

Where has the O2 contact numbers gone:/

I still can't find it on the web pages. A little bit rediculous.

I've called it and it takes you through to the O2 switchboard fingers crossed its right:)
