Hi,
I had Audible through O2 for the free 6 months and neglected to cancel it, however I did not realise you then lose ALL of your book credits when I cancelled my membership. My partner was able to receive a full refund through amazon directly in the same situation however this was because his membership wasn't through O2. How do I contact O2 in order to do the same? Impossible to find a route to do this other than calling a general phone line which I would really rather not do.

I doubt you'd get any such refund from O2 but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to advise you on this.
