So i just upgraded my phone and i am rather happy with it. I also bought the Anker charger.. This does not work. I have tried charging it voavthe plug and USB. Nothing. When i do put my new phone atop. A blue light flickers on and off. But nothing charges. I cant seem to find a way to return this for a refund.
I cant afford to waste money on items that dont work.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

@Harlequin

If faulty you need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

But, are you trying to charge it correctly.

You need to connect to the small port from your charger to charge the battery.

The bigger USB posrts are outputs to charge devices from.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
