How to get 02 to put up a mask in my area?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Reception is at best pathetic.

I live in an area of about 5000 people. Think how many of them waste money on 02.

We NEED a mast

Don't tell me about tugo! Tell me who to contact? How to make them listen? And what we need to do (patition or whatever)!

Hi.

You can submit your feedback to 02 but wether they will think a mast and its connected costs are warranted is another thing.

I thought the title of the thread was quite interesting Smiley LOL

With 4G coming and o2 winning the 'cover the entire UK' part of the auction, they might be upgrading your local mast which will increase coverage. Whether or not the topography of your area is a factor, but another mast may not help at this current time.

You and half the population, why should you get any preference?

This is why O2 won't discuss it with you or anyone else.

The improvements coming with the network updates should solve your problem as they're committed to 98% coverage by 2015.
