I got an offer for Disney + and redeemed the code. My partner had an offer as well and did the same so I wanted to cancel mine but can't find an option to opt out anywhere in my O2. Has anyone seen where this can be done? Thanks

You can also call customer service to cancel Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Thanks for your replies. I think there's some bug as the offer is still telling me to redeem the code but ive already done that and it's working. It's not showing in My Extras other than to Redeem it, no cancel option. I'll have to call them I guess.
