How long does It take to activate my replacement sim o2 have sent out so far it's been 12 hrs and still not ready . I've got the signal dots and o2 sign showing but no 4g and lines dead it you ring it . The sim is in a brand new phone I've given them the new sim number

It can take upto 24 hours.
Have you rebooted the phone?
Give CS a call if nothing is happening with it

Check with them that the lost/stolen bar has been removed from your account.
