How long does it take to get money from recycling ...

So, I've recently recyled my old phone in an 02 store, I took the phone in about 2 weeks ago and it hasn't gone into the payment method I wanted it to go into. If anyone knows why that would be great!

Apparently there is a backlog due to them being busy!
