How long does it take Open

I have supplied my pay slip and all other detail last week. I was told it might take 3 days to get the discount applied. But it has now been more than 7 days

I was on 02chat, and they said my payslip had not been accepted. I never got a notification of this.

So they have said apply from your work email..

Not very happy they never told me my payslip was not accepted.   It was much easier when the 02 guru staff did it last time in the shop....
