How long does it take Open

I have supplied my pay slip and all other detail last week. I was told it might take 3 days to get the discount applied. But it has now been more than 7 days

Check with customer service but it's usually applied to the 2nd bill seeing as the first bill is almost immediate.

I still haven't received it and just discovered I am not eligible for the netflix deal either. So much for staying loyal to 02

Why do I have to chase them up I provided my pay slip etc and they said it would take 3 days.
Last time it took about 10 mins 2 years ago

You will have to persevere with CS @Pinklily.

Sorry but your request to O2 comes at the time they have just released the latest iPhone and I expect they are overly busy with that. I know that's no excuse, but probably the reason
