How do you switch off VM ( Samsung A50 phone)

I give up! I've Googled and checked FAQ but when I've phoned 1760 it says I won't be charged for the call but my voicemail "can't be turned off" - and yes it IS currently turned on!
Due to wfh I urgently need to switch it off.

Aaarrgghhh.

If you have enabled wifi calling in My O you need to disable it first @Janwolf

Hi! Nope.
Consequently since Monday there’s been a vm notification on my phone which I darednt listen to in case it’s a customer! Really need to get it sorted out before this Saturday when I’m next scheduled to work! Plus I got a “reminder” to do it from my boss when I spoke to her on Monday!
