If you want to physically talk then ringing 202 from your handset or 0344 809 0202 from another is the only way.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Bored If you want to speak to to the original poster you will need to tag them. Chances are they are not around after 5 months.

Depending on what your issues are @Bored, an alternative is to call into an O2 retail store :-

Store locator | O2 UK | Find Your Nearest O2 Store

https://stores.o2.co.uk/

They cannot help with everything and you might find that they aren't particularly interested in your problems if they are busy. However, if you catch the right member of staff on a quiet day, they might sort you out.

Another option is to tell us what your issues are. We cannot access accounts as this is a customer to customer forum, but we have guides and other resources and members with lots of knowledge and experience.

O2 have gone from being brilliant to being utter crap, the ******ty app is useless, dialing 202 sees you hanging on for hours, seems like linking up with Virgin has killed it.

You won't get any arguments about that from the regulars on here @mrfkucingangry. But I would suggest :-

1. a big part of this is how O2 plan to improve and to repair the damage - but that is not easy as there are material deficiencies in a number of key areas that need to be addressed quickly.

2. comparison with the other mobile network operators suggests that O2 are either on a par with or not far behind the competition. Investment in the training and development of Customer Service staff could see them quickly bridge the gap.

We will see ! 😀
