How do I get a preloaded Pay-as-you-go data SIM For my Sim free dongle?

Just looked at the prices of those O2 data sims and they are outrageous. £60 for 12GB ??

I am currectly away from home and heavily reliant on data sim to use in tablet and pc. I bought mine from Three. 12GB data for 12months (and can be used abroad) £30.00 .
