How do I get a new SIM for my pay as you go number, it wont fit in the 6S from the 4S

I have followed nearly every option on the website and none appear to allow me to get a new nano SIM for my 6S as teh one I have frmo my 4S wont fit it, all I can see is the swap sim option but I need a SIM already for my number to move onto.

 

Going in loops and the phone just dumped me off saying too busy after going through menus and sms codes, the web chat is as much use as a chocolate teapot so anyone got any ideas.

You need a blank sim from any O2 shop or by calling CS on 4445.
Make sure you get a PAYG sim as they are different to contract ones.
If obtained in store, they will swap your number for you but if ordered from CS you will need to do a sim swap when it arrives http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
