Hi - my contract ran out in December.
I do NOT want to upgrade - I simply want to end this phones contract with O2. I thought it would happen automatically if I did not choose to upgrade... oops.
So how do I get in touch with you?
I have two phones you see so I plan to keep my Iphone and end my HTC contract.

By recorded delivery.
To give notice of 30 days.
You will then be sent the final bill. Do not cancel your direct debits until then.
If you wish to keep your number then ask for your PAC code instead. Once the other network uses this code it will end your contract with O2. Or move it to a payg account.

As your minimum term has now expired you will be on a 30 day rolling contract and you can cancel whenever you choose.
See "Contact us" at the bottom of the page or just call 202 from your mobile.
This does not need to be in done in writing.
