@Koszmar

Should be able to Manage your Extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Koszmar That's because this isn't O2. This is a customer community. You can find your answer here:

You can't cancel until you have had it for 6 months (your trial perid).

You can turn off the auto renew option after the first month, but your free trial will continue to be active until the end of the 6 months.

@MI9

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click the big + beneath your extra.
Click "Manage"
Click "Turn off auto renew"
You will get an email to confirm.
