My wife and who are old age pensioners are being charged £70.00 per month for our Tarriffs for vey low
usage. I find it very difficult to find any one to discuss this with,

If you are outside of your minimum term, have a look at Sim Only deals and also at the likes of uSwitch.com and the migrate your number to the new contract, this means you have to sign up for a new contract, but will be the cheapest option.
Unfortunately if you are still within your minimum term, then you can only change to the tariffs offered in myo2 (look for change tariff).
