I'm embarrassed to let you guys know, I've just this minute dropped my beloved oneplus 3t and smashed my screen 😞

 

I've got O2 insure, can I nip into the Blackpool O2 store and claim a replacement, so do I have to mess about when I get home.

So they delivered my new handset to my neighbour on Tuesday and I got it today. Had to call them because I've still got the broken one. They said they'd send a jiffy bag out. Good service, but could have gone wrong if my neighbour hadn't​ accepted it.

Anyway, im back up and running. Sweet

Call cs in the morning and they'll fill in the claim form on the phone with you.
AFAIK all insurance replacements are sent out by courier from a central depot, not in store, so you'll need to check with cs if they can ship it to a different address whilst you are away on holiday.

So they said they would deliver to the caravan park, or i could go swap at the store on a certain day. But i've decided just to wait till Friday, they sending me a replacement and doing a straight swap at the door. Nice service being honest. Lets hope they dont mess it up.
