I'm looking to evidence historical calls to/from my O2 mobile number to/from two separate numbers attributable to a financial adviser who provided me with bad advice. Formal complaint lodged and currently with the Financial Ombudsman. Itemised Billing evidencing this contact would be extremely useful.
I tried the Virtual Assistant however unable to assist. No expert available.
Any information/advice welcome meantime.

o2 are explicit they wont provide this to you, even via a Subject Access Request.

If on PAYG then that information is not available to you..

Your bills will only show calls to those numbers. Hopefully, incoming will show in your phone dialer log

You can only get outgoing calls and your MyO2 only goes back a maximum of 2 years.
O2 hold records for 6 years so if anything beyond 2 years is required you'll need to request it from O2.

Thank you for your swift reply and the link to the billing page.
I suspect that I'm going to have to speak to someone at O2 as I need to evidence incoming calls from the two relevant numbers also.

As I and others have said, it's outgoing calls and texts only @SJM1
The only place you'll find incoming is in your phone logs if they go back far enough for you.
