Hi @J4eg

Sorry to hear you still have a local mast down. Unfortunately we have no idea when a mast will be repaired. There are many factors to be taken into account, which is why O2 do not give an estimate on when a mast will be repaired.

All we can suggest is you keep checking regularly to see if it's been repaired.

When the mast has been repaired you should ring Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus to claim a one-off payment for non-service to cover the period when the mast was down.

@J4eg the only other suggestion I should have made is to make a complaint using this link https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain.

I understand Resolver is considered the quickest and best method to use. It's quite possible this will result in a one-off goodwill payment to compensate you for the length of time you've been without service.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you have service soon. In the meantime, welcome to the forum.

@J4eg You asked the same question some time ago. The answer is still the same.

Posting the same question will only get you the same answer, which is no one here knows, nor will they know. This is a customer forum. We are not privy to O2's repair schedules.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It's been asked on three threads I think now so it's best to stick to one so all the answers are in the same place and we aren't repeating ourselves at this ungodly hour.....
