Sorry to hear you still have a local mast down. Unfortunately we have no idea when a mast will be repaired. There are many factors to be taken into account, which is why O2 do not give an estimate on when a mast will be repaired.
All we can suggest is you keep checking regularly to see if it's been repaired.
When the mast has been repaired you should ring Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus to claim a one-off payment for non-service to cover the period when the mast was down.

Posting the same question will only get you the same answer, which is no one here knows, nor will they know. This is a customer forum. We are not privy to O2's repair schedules.
