I was wondering if anyone could help me out I've recently purchased a samsung s23 and got sent a code to claim my oofferfor pro buds but when I try to make the payment online it keeps saying payment failed, so i raised this and they sent me a different code but still experienced same issue I have used 3/4 different bank cards and 2/3 different devices but still having no luck, has anyone experienced this before and is there anything I could do because I'm just sick of seeing payment is failed screen when I've got the funds in the account😫 I have been to a O2 store and they said sadly they cannot help
