I can't seem to send MMS messages or pictures at all.

I've re-set MMS settings but the new ones don't work either!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to remedy this failure?

Hello

Have you tried switching off Wifi and using Mobile Data for sending and receiving MMS? 

Also there is Apps you can send pictures for free like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Viber.

Are you on pay monthly or pay as you go?
If you are pay monthly, have you got a spend cap on your account?
If pay as you go, do you have credit?
