I’m wondering if anyone can help me and shed some light on my query. I purchased a phone and new contract of Friday and opted for the next day delivery of Saturday morning. I understand with everything going on at the moment that there is delays in the postal service but I haven’t had an email since I ordered on Friday and the phone hasn’t arrived. When I use my username and password to login to my 02 account it comes up as no orders or products. The money for the upfront cost of the phone and delivery has come out my account. I’m panicking I’ve been scammed but did do all this through the legit 02 website - panicked !!
