Can someone help me? Your contact us is not working g at all, I need to speak to someone to pay yo, as usual, pay you and 0 support.

You need to call early morning to avoid waiting.

Between 8 and 9 am is best.

If you set up a direct debit for paying your bills, you really wouldn't have this problem.

If you have a landline or can borrow a mobile, you can call them on 0344 8090222 (free from mobiles with call allowances).

I am not in the UK and I allready spent a lot of money just getting help from them, does someone from O2 even check this posts? Cause this is ridiculous

I just need to pay a deviceplan, but they told me I need to contact them the payment day. That's it, and I can't spend 8 £ like last time I called them to pay them

You can make payments quickly and securely through your MyO2 either online http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or through the app.
